Very recently in Belgaum city “MALE BILLU” Children’s drama festival is over. It is organized by NSD RRC Center Banaglore and local troup.  Whether this festival for only for children’s or not any theater persons, we did not come to know that, we saw the inaugural function details in papers. In paper organizers call for theater personalities to participate in such festivals. Since 30 years we working for theater we did not received single invitation letter from anybody, and also there is no local children’s play in that festival. Whether they contacted or not I don’t know? I come to know that very recently Vishwa Kannada Sammelan local Grameen children’s play was an acted.

What bases dramas are selected who are the selecting committee, whether they decided local troups not allowed, especially Government of India and Government of Karnataka give preference to develop our culture from village level but here what bases they selected we don’t know. We come to know that very big Cultural DALLALI work is going on.
