A village girl Girija is on the way to lead her life different without marriage, as Akkamahadevi, a saint emerged in karnataka at 12th century and simultaneously she builds a character called `Rakumar` and believes him as a role model for her life. But her parents and well wishers would not allow her to lead that different life. Finally, Girija will be married to a young former Nani. Girija helps her husband to take loan from corporate banks to purchase seeds for irrigation and they succeeds to take the loan. Due to the reason of drought and flood its not possible to repay the loan amount. Laalu Chinnayya, a broker says to Girija that he will help her in getting the compensation amount back. At last Girija was arrested at a ministers`s rest house by the police on account of prostitution charge, where she is only waiting for the minister at the rest house.
